Job Overview
Safety Manager will lead and oversee safety practices across our precast factories and erection project sites. This role carries full responsibility for developing safety systems, enforcing compliance, and building a strong safety culture. The Safety Manager will directly supervise the Safety Engineer and ensure consistent implementation of safety standards across all operations.
Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s/Diploma in Engineering with specialization or certification in Industrial Safety.
- 8+ years of experience in safety management (construction / precast / manufacturing preferred).
- Proven leadership experience in managing safety teams.
- Strong knowledge of statutory regulations, IS standards and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication, reporting and team management skills.
- Ability to influence and build a safety-first culture at all levels.
Requirements:

- Excellent observation, reporting and communication skills.
