Job Overview
Quality Control (QC) Engineer will ensure the highest standards of quality at both our precast factories and project sites. The role requires hands-on quality inspections, documentation and compliance checks during both production and erection, with flexibility to travel between factories and project sites as required.
Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 2+ years of experience in precast QC.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards, testing procedures and documentation.
- Attention to detail, with problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel to factories and project sites as per requirement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s in civil engineering
- 5+ years in precast erection projects
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
- Proven record of team management experience
