Pre-Sales Executive

Job Overview

The Pre-Sales Executive is responsible for qualifying inbound and outbound leads and supporting the sales team by ensuring only relevant and high-potential opportunities are pursued. The role involves lead profiling, initial client interaction, and seamless handoff to the Business Development Executives for closure.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Create architectural designs/models using computer-aided design software based on input and feedback from clients.
  2. Manage design projects from concept to completion.
  3. Coordinate preliminary architectural studies for major new structures and alterations to existing structures and site development.
  4. Coordinate with detailers, contractors, engineers and project managers to facilitate completion of projects.
  5. Follow local planning regulations and safety standards in design.
  6. Have concise knowledge of NBC design codes.
  7. Monitor on-site construction processes and supervise site engineers.
  8. Compile timelines to track and report on project progress of construction work.
  9. Work with different teams to provide 3D renders of various designs to help successfully visualise the design.

Lead Qualification & Management

  • Respond to incoming leads via website, phone, email, or other sources.
  • Conduct initial conversations with potential clients to understand project needs, timelines, and budgets.
  • Qualify leads based on pre-defined parameters including location, project size, scope, and technical feasibility.
  • Maintain and update lead database with accurate information, status, and next steps.

Client Engagement & Coordination

  • Educate potential clients about the company’s precast offerings and services.
  • Identify the right point of contact within the client’s organization.
  • Route qualified leads to the appropriate Business Development Executive or Sales Manager.
  • Follow up with prospects when needed and track lead lifecycle to ensure handover is complete.

Reporting & CRM

  • Maintain detailed records of lead interactions, outcomes, and status using CRM or internal systems.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on lead conversion rates, pipeline quality, and lost opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team about lead sources and campaign effectiveness.

Team Collaboration

  • Collaborate with the sales and techno commercial teams to refine qualification criteria.
  • Support the team with background research on potential clients, competitors, and market trends.

Professional Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following professional assets:

  • Education
    • Degree Level: Diploma
    • Field of Study: Civil or Commerce.
  • Previous Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience.
  • Willingness to travel on a regular basis.
  • Skills: Active listener, fluent communication and quick learner.
