Job Overview
The Business Development Manager will drive strategic sales growth in precast projects. This role will lead a team, develop client relationships and create long-term sales strategies to expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will combine leadership, industry insight and strong client management skills to deliver sustainable business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the Business Development team to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for precast projects across key markets.
- Identify new business opportunities, build client pipelines, and expand customer base.
- Drive brand awareness through client engagement, presentations, and industry networking.
- Meet with clients, consultants, and developers to present Arto’s precast solutions and close deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, estimation, projects) to provide accurate proposals and solutions.
- Negotiate and finalize sales contracts with key customers.
- Track and analyse sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to refine strategies.
- Support operational teams with demand forecasts and sales insights.
- Inspire the team with a performance-driven, ethical and client-focused culture.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree (MBA in Marketing preferred).
- 10+ years of proven experience in sales (construction / precast / building material preferred).
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing teams.
- Excellent negotiation, client engagement and closing skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to develop data-driven strategies.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
