Job Overview
Project Manager will lead and deliver precast erection projects from start to finish. The role involves planning, execution and team management to ensure timely, safe and high-quality precast project delivery. Responsibilities:
- Take complete ownership of project planning, scheduling and execution for precast erection projects.
- Lead and supervise erection teams, site engineers, supervisors and contractors to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate with internal departments (production, quality, logistics) to align supply and site requirements.
- Monitor daily progress, track milestones and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Conduct site inspections to maintain high safety and quality standards.
- Identify and resolve technical or operational challenges at site proactively.
- Maintain strong client relationships by providing regular updates and addressing requirements.
- Ensure all documentation, reports and project records are maintained accurately.
- Drive continuous improvement in project execution methods and team efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s in civil engineering
- 5+ years in precast erection projects
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
- Proven record of team management experience
